This module will explore the concept of social determinants of health and their impact on health outcomes. In particular, we will focus on the “yellow cohort”, a group of people who experience various social determinants of health due to their shared characteristics, such as race, ethnicity, or language. We will discuss how these characteristics can lead to disparities in health outcomes, and how understanding and addressing these disparities can help improve health outcomes.
