Basic and often neglected aspects of daily living such as transportation, shelter, nutrition, and economics play a key role in the healthcare accessibility/outcomes of our patient, as PCP which should be very mindful of that, and work with each patient to develop a plan to overcome/minimize the effects of those obstacles.
